BIMCO Consult provides support for sustainable infrastructure development in a wide range of projects. These projects include, feasibility studies, conducting geological, hydrological and topographic surveys, Engineering Designs; Financial and Economic Analysis; Environmental and Social Assessments, environmental Audits, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Livelihood Restoration; professional project implementation and support in Environment, Social Safeguards, Health and Safety, Environmental and Social Governance, Quality Assessments, Risk Assessments; Climate risks and vulnerability assessments; and GreenHouse Gas Emissions Assessments.

Bimco has a wide range of experience in conducting  ESIA for various projects across different sectors  for example we have carried out  ESIA for roads, bridges, railway line, for energy sector we have carried out ESIA for PV power plants, Powerline constructions transmission and distribution,  mining sector we have Marrum extractions and quarries nd Agriculture we have  vegetable oil project

We have carried out Environmental Compliance Audits for various projects like  quarries,  road constructions and upgrades, renovation and constructions in wildlife conservation or  protected areas. Vegetable oil projects roads constructions and upgrades, bridges, railway lines, dairy farms palm oil projects Photovoltaic power plants, Hydropower plants, power generation distribution and generation, 

Some of the projects have been funded by the world bank, Japan International Cooperation Agency JICA African development bank and makes BIMCO well versed with the international standards. BIMCO has directly worked with the Ugandan institution frameworks like the Ministry of Works and transport, through UNRA conducting ESIA and ESAs. MAAIF in Vegetable oils projects, palm oil and Dairy farms  with Ministry of Energy and mineral development, Ministry of water and Environment, Ministry of Works and Transport, MWTA 

 BIMCO has been certified by the International Organization for Standardization BMCO holds a certificate of ISO 9001 for quality management systems ISO 14001 for environmental Management Systems ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety Management systems
